  • Built and imaged the servers using ILO and Symantec Ghost since all the servers were located in remote datacenters across the world.
  • Built a BigBrother monitoring server to monitor and alert when servers encounter problems: Disk space, Application/system errors, etc. This allowed us to stabilize our environment by identifying and resolving the small problems before they could compound into major problems.

  • Built and supported Development and QA test servers.

  • Required all code be written and tested on similar hardware in as close to a real environment as possible to minimize customer impact. This helped tune the production configurations for optimal delivery and best customer experience.
